- 2 portions salmon filets (about 12oz)
- 4c mixed salad greens

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon, halved

INSTRUCTIONS:
Steam cubed new potatoes in a covered saucepan until tender, approximately 20 minutes. While potatoes are cooking, mix
teriyaki marinade, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Preheat broiler. Lightly coat a broiler pan with cooking spray.
Place salmon fillets on the pan, skin-side down, and brush with teriyaki marinade. Broil salmon approximately 6 inches

salad between two separate plates. Layer portions of potatoes and broiled salmon fillets over salad greens. Top salmon
and salad with a squeez of fresh lemon and freshly ground black pepper, serve and enjoy!

Myth Buster
Myth: You should lose weight before lifting weights. Reality: Strength training help you
slim down, since it will help preserve (or even increase) your metabolism. Plus, with stronger muscles, you'll have more oomph
for cardio activities.
Frog Kicks
Frog Kicks: This exercise works the frontal abdominals, especially the lower half
of the abdominal muscles.Sit on the floor or a flat bench with your legs out straight. Place your hands palms down behind
you. Lean back slightly and use your abdominal strength to lift your legs.
Simultaneously bend your legs and bring your knees as close to your chest as possible. Slowly straighten out your legs and
return to the starting position. Repeat. Do not let your feet touch the floor during the exercise, keep the tension on the
abdominal muscles.
