Peanut Butter Mousse

    INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 oz whey protein powder
    (unflavored or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup freshly ground,
    unsalted peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 8 oz fat-free Cool Whip

INSTRUCTIONS:
Beat together cream cheese, Splenda and protein powder. Mix in peanut butter and milk and beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip (do not beat). Scoop into 4 oz bowls or glasses and refrigerate for two hours and ENJOY!!

WHAT:           The 2006 2 Day Walk for Breast Cancer

WHEN/
WHERE:
         September 16th & 17th - Streets of Norcross

WHO:             Rosa, Samantha, Sonya, Heather, Laura, Patti, Marilyn, Erin, Michelle, & Khristina

WHY:              We wanted to make a difference for all Women touched by this disease!!!

Nutrition Nugget

The terms "enriched" and "fortified" aren't synonymous. Enriched means that nutrients lost during processing have been added back in. Fortified indicates that nutrients not originally present have been added, such as vitamin D in milk.

Weighted Lying Rows

Lying Rows: Lie in push up position and grasp your dumbbells. Pull dumbbelss to sides until upper arm is just beyond horizontal or height or back. Return until arm is extended and you are back in the push-up position. Continue with the opposite arm.
