Boot Camp Nutrition Plan Sucess Story: I just wanted to take a minute & thank you for the motivation you give to everyone in the Boot Camp. Not only does it help the actual participant, but in my case it has helped my husband too. Since I started Boot Camp in May. My husband has lost 20.5 lbs & feels better than he has in years. I can honestly say that Rosa, you are the reason he has made a change. I am on the Boot Camp meal plan, and I fix his food for breakfast, lunch & dinner according to the weekly plan.   • Measurements & Foot Characteristics: By looking at arch type, foot width, potential use of orthotics and taking into account any injuries, they will determine the most comfortable shoe for you to run in.

  • Biomechanics: They will determine pronation tendencies by observing you walking or running a short stride with suggested shoes. This is what they call 'Gait Analysis' or 'Fit, Feel and Ride'.

  • Decision/Feedback: Once they have suggested the best shoe for your foot type, current activities and goals, it is time for you to give them feedback about your new shoes to help you make the best decision.
