Atlanta 2 Day Walk for Breast Cancer:
Join Our Team!

North Atlanta Boot Camp is working to raise money for the Atlanta 2 Day Walk for Breast Cancer by participating on September 20-21, 2008. This is a very special event and a cause that we should all support. One in 7 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime and the more we raise, the more the Atlanta 2 Day Walk can give back to fund vital breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs in our own community and support the national search for a cure.

We will all wear our Pink Camo's!!!

Recipe

FEED YOURSELF RIGHT

Teriyaki Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients:

· 1 ½ pounds of lean turkey meat (dark meat works better with this recipe, however light meat is a bit leaner and still tastes good in the meatloaf)

·  1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce

· 3 egg whites

· 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs

· ½ cup sliced mushrooms

· 1 small onion diced

· 2 tbsp of honey

·  1 tsp fresh ground ginger

·  1 tsp fresh ground garlic

·  Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.  Spray a meatloaf pan with cooking spray and place mixed ingredients in cooking pan.  Bake for 45-60 minutes.  Enjoy
