Our customized nutrition plans will help make your goals a reality. Simply fill out the Customized Nutrition Plan Questionnaire to obtain a plan that adheres to your lifestyle. We will use your age, gender, weight, goals and more to assess your nutritional requirements according to the standards set by the The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies of Science. We will also take into consideration your likes and dislikes.

Your nutrition plan may change depending on your weight loss/gain. Keep in mind this one simple weight loss rule: You must burn more calories through exercise than you consume during the day. Therefore, it is essential for you to eat the proper foods in the correct amount based upon your individual nutrition and exercise needs. We will help you determine those needs and create a plan just for you!

  • $59/month for non-campers.
  • Step 3 Review your customized nutrition plan thoroughly. If you have questions or need to make modifications to your plan, email us.
    Step 4 Check-in weekly so that we may monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed.
