Sam is a great coach. She keeps the camp exciting and offers a lot of variety through new exercises. My favorite exercise is a warm up activity where she puts all campers in a circle and as a camper runs around the circle (twice if you are a veteran camper) the camper who is running, chooses an exercise that the rest of the campers perform. I am so glad that I chose to come out to camp in August! I am going to return for at least the next six - eight months!

This was the best boot camp ever! I was only able to attend two weeks and had to drop out due to some dental surgery. I was the oldest one in the boot camp and really could not keep up with all of the young ones, but Sam encouraged me to do my very best! Hey Sam - ...First, I really love coming to your camp each month and appreciate all of your help!! I started doing this camp to get in shape which would hopefully help fix a fertility issue I am dealing with. Without going into all the details PCOS can cause you to gain weight, stop having your period/ovulating, etc.....It really wasn’t a huge concern for the doctors or me until we wanted to have kids, their fix for a lack of period was just put me on the pill. Now we are ready for kids and the pill would be counter productive. So they said drop weight before we start spending money on fertility treatments because it would increase the success rate…..that is why I started coming to bootcamp, I just couldn’t make myself workout on my own. The bad news, I am not pregnant yet but the GREAT news is since the beginning of this year I have naturally had 4 periods (with ovulation) which is much more than my body has done on its own in years. Normally the doctor gives me drugs to bring on periods; it is such an awesome feeling to know my body is doing what it should (because of bootcamp!!). If this keeps up then I know we will at some point be blessed with a child. Plus, I am hopeful that I won’t have to spend money on fertility treatments because my body is starting to regulate itself! Without your help and bootcamp I don’t think I would even be seeing that as a possibility in my future, so Thank You! I obviously couldn’t have done it on my own or else I wouldn’t have been in such poor condition to begin with. Okay enough of the personal stuff…Just had to let you know sometimes the meaning behind attending camp is more than getting in shape! My Thank you isn’t just for helping me lose a few founds, it is for giving me hope at a family. I still have a long way to go so I want bootcamp to kick my butt every session! ...I have to admit seeing LeighAnn work out pregnant is a little hard sometimes because I want that for me but then again all I see anymore is pregnant womenI can’t believe she is out there with such a positive energy, busting her butt… I am TRULY INSPIRED by her and hope that can be me one day!!! Does she realize she is so inspirational?! I don’t really know her that well but I hope she knows that!

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy bootcamp. This past camp was my fourth one and I intend to keep coming periodically. If I could afford it, I'd be there every month. Samantha is awesome. She does such a good job of mixing it up so that every night is something new. It's a great way to stay fit and meet new friends.

I just want to pass on that I have thoroughly enjoyed boot camp with Brian...he has kept things interesting by changing up our workout everyday. He runs a tough camp, but that is what we pay for! I know that I will not push myself to the limit at the gym, and therefore find more success having someone there to tell me to keep powering through....It is obvious to me that Brian puts forth much effort and planning into his workouts, and hope that these efforts on his part do not go unrecognized. His positive attitude and challenging workouts are what have kept me coming back!!

Brian has been great encouragement and has amazing workouts. As much as I ask myself, when I can hardly breath as to why I do this, I am always up early and back out there to see what the morning workout brings. Now, I know I have not lost weight, grrrr infact I gained weight, but my fody fat has decreased dramatically (but you know females, the scale number is key). I am looking for a way to sign up again for August and Brian thank you, you are responsible for that.

...I just had my physical, and learned that my cholesterol (the LDL/Bad) came down 30 points. I still have another 50 points to go. But for the first time in several years, my doctor did not argue with me about taking meds. I am actually tickled PINK. Last year, my doctor told me that I would need to be on meds for the rest of my life, and I said "no way" (too many side effects). Samantha rocks! Boot Camp is my medicine.

Just wanted to let you know I LOVED the boot camp experience. I thought Sam was great! I assumed that after a month of 4 times a week surely things would get repetitive, but not at all. My only regret is that I am moving this month and just can't swing the July sessions.... but hopefully August bc I loved bootcamp and I feel great!

My favorite exercises are throw downs, toe touches and My least favorite exercises are any that requires jumping (bad knees and shin splints) Since I started the program 4 months ago, I feel stronger and know that my body is more toned. Going forward I want to focus on gaining more cuts in my arms, legs and stomach along with losing some weight.

This was my third month at Boot Camp. I have lost 16 pounds and approximately 14 inches and 4% body fat. I enjoyed Sonya's class but am also excited to spend another month with Brian and maybe bump it up a notch. I am 49 years old and have increased my mile from over 13 1/2 minutes to nearly 9 1/2 minutes though I am starting to have knee problems and think the pounding on the pavement may be part of the problem. You have a great program and have been told you will be flexible with my holiday schedule over this summer month. I still hate rising at 4:30 am but I love the fact that it is still not too hot to work out. Thank you

I am really enjoying this bootcamp experience. I was planning to only do one month to get me back on the right fitness and diet track, but have convinced my husband to let me continue onto my third. It is noticable how my strength, endurance, and physical apperance is changing. Sam is amazing. She takes the time to know and use your strengths and improve your individual weaknesses even in the very large group we have in the pm bootcamp. I am so impressed with the diversity of her workouts- she keeps us moving and changes things up on a daily basis. It is hard to believe that she can keep making it more and more difficult. My only request would be to have a camp in roswell so that i could continue during the teaching year. There is a great school- sweet apple elementary that would be perfect place for your next expansion :)

I love how each time I go to boot camp the exercises are different. My body is always challenged and it is great to work out with friends. I had a gym membership but would either just walk/run or cycle. I would get bored and then stopped going at all. I have seen the biggest changes in my body since doing boot camp and couldn't go back to training in-doors at a gym. Thanks for all the encouragement and for keeping it fun and interesting!

Great variety of activities. Least favorite was lunges, partly because of fear of reinjuring my knee. I became stronger and realize you don't need a lot of equipment to work out.

Sonya was really great! I enjoyed the bootcamp very much, and met some great ladies. Unfortunately, I didnt have much success losing weight; but my body started hating me about 6 years ago...and it just doesnt seem to respond to the usual exercises and eating plans that got me results in the past. I signed up for the bootcamp thinking that would be a radical jolt to my stubborn fat cells...oh well, at least I had fun!

Sonya was great - always on time and ready to go when we got there (that's tough sometimes with a 5:15 AM start!). She kept us moving and kept me motivated. Even though I had a cold in the beginning, I came anyway and I swear it helped me get better quicker. Jumping rope was a great way to warm up in this cold weather. I went out and bought a rope and some bands to use on my own at my gym. I was so amazed at the variety of ways to do things. In the future, I would like to do another boot camp, but I need one a bit closer to the Woodstock area.

Working out and exercising in general has been a part of my life for years but NOTHING has had the affect on me like your program. I am totally hooked. I like the straightforwardness of it. I love the fact it is held outdoors. Even though I can see progress and improvement in my abilities it continues to be challenging and sometimes difficult! I am constantly impressed. Samantha is wonderful! I had no idea what to expect, but the title "Boot Camp" certainly has lived up to it's name. I never thought that I could do it and have been amazed with myslef in sticking with it. I have even signed up for another month. I know that if I didn't do this I would be a couch potato with every excuse not to workout. I lost only 2 lbs. and no body fat, but I lost 7.25" which is enough to keep me going. As much as getting up early in the morning to exercise is not in my top 100, I honestly say it was easy because of Sonya. She certaintly made us work but in such a manor that I didn't consider her a "taskmaster"! But you wanted to put forth 100%. The different exercises/circuits each day was great...varied routines made it far from boring. I would definately recommend this boot camp to anyone.
