Advanced Boot Camp
What is Advanced Boot Camp?
North Atlanta Advanced Boot Camp is a 1 week,
high intensity workshop intended to push all
current and repeat campers to the next level of
fitness.
Exercises will consist of:
- Fat-burning circuits,
- Cardio-increasing running drills,
- Waist-sculpting core and ab routines, and
- Endurance-building running of 2 or more miles.

NOTE: There are NO
pre- or post-camp evaluations for the 1 week advanced camp.
