Men's Boot Camps
North Atlanta Boot Camp For MEN!
After many requests,
we have decided to offer men's fitness boot camps to get
the men of North Atlanta in the best shape possible!
The camp format will be similar to the women's program,
with the following exceptions:
- More "guy" exercises
- More sports-oriented conditioning
- Exercises to help improve golf, mt. biking,
basketball, tennis
and various outdoor sports
Each day will vary in
mode and intensity. You should expect dumbbell exercises,
agility training, sports drills, flexibility training, and
fun exercises that will make the time fly and take your
fitness to a new level.
You will need to bring 10 pound dumbbells (we know you are
really strong but for the type of movements we are doing, 10
pounds will make your muscles scream!), an exercise mat,
water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You
can purchase your equipment at any Target or sporting goods
store and your running shoes at
Totally Running.
After serving two tours of duty in
Afghanistan and Iraq, Brian, currently a United
States Marine, is looking forward to joining North Atlanta
Boot Camp as the trainer for our first, Men's Only Camp!
Brian is an ISSA certified fitness trainer, but will also
bring with him the "unique" Marine experience. Brian has a
strong desire to help men, at all fitness levels to achieve
their fitness goals
