What will I get out of participating?
You should make a dramatic improvement in your physical
well-being. Camp exercises include programs designed to:
- firm your butt and thighs,
- flatten your stomach,
- reduce body fat, and
- increase strength and stamina.
By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and
gain strength -- and youll look and feel better. In
addition, you'll meet great people who share your same goals
for acquiring a more healthy mind and body.
You will also receive a FREE North Atlanta Boot Camp
t-shirt & if you are the biggest loser you will receive the
prize of the month!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each 4-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299 (2 1/2
week camps have a registration fee of $199). That's 20 hours
of instruction -- which averages out to just $14.95 per
hour. Personal trainers can typically charge $50 to $120 per
hour for their services -- this is a great chance to receive
motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal
trainer for just a fraction of the cost.
We are now accepting
pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your
pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of
camp. You will be notified by email to set up an
appointment.
Do I have to go 5 days a week?
You can also choose to come 3 days per week for a discount
of $100. Total cost is just $199. Generally, you would
attend the Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions. However,
we are very flexible and can accommodate any 3-day/week
combination that will work best for you.
What if I can't make it to the 5:15 am camp? Will there be
other camp times?
We would really like to offer more boot camps at different
times and would love your input on this matter. Please feel
free to
suggest another time for a boot camp.
